Storage:
Chocolate is best enjoyed at room temperature (around 22°C). Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

We use premium Belgian chocolate as the base for all our creations, and every product is handcrafted in our Geelong chocolate factory.

Q: Will my message print exactly as it appears on screen?
A: Yes. Your design will print exactly as it is uploaded. If the file is blurry, low-resolution or cropped incorrectly, it will print that way. Please ensure your image is high-quality and positioned exactly how you’d like it to appear on the final product.
Q: Are the chocolates Australian-made?
A: Yes. All Freckleberry chocolates are handcrafted in Geelong using premium Belgian chocolate.
Q: Is the gift ready to give?
A: Yes. All our products arrive beautifully packaged with your personalised stickers applied, making them ready to gift for any occasion.
