In order to use the Freckleberry website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including Email.
Any information collected by Freckleberry is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, Email, mail, fax or directly through our website.
Use of Collection Information
Any details collected from Freckleberry customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.
Storage of Collected Information
The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.

Orders
If you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, Email, and postal address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
Minimum spend applies to wholesale orders.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled by the customer 3 business days post-purchase with a full refund, if the order hasn't been dispatched. Orders cancelled over 3 business days post-purchase will only be refunded 50% of the total order value, if the order hasn't been dispatched.
In the event that your order cannot be shipped due to weather or delivery location issues we will issue a full refund.
Communications
Freckleberry Holdings Pty Ltd uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as Emails, accounts information, and critical service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional Emails. If at any time a customer wishes not to receive such correspondence, they can request to be removed from any mailing lists by emailing us at info@freckleberry.com.au
You will be notified when your personal information is collected by any third party that is not our agent/service provider, so you can make an informed choice as to whether or not to share your information with that party.

Security Policy
Freckleberry uses the Shopify Payment Gateway, PayPal, Google Pay and Afterpay for its online payment transactions. All platforms process online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.
All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the Shopify gateway are secured payments.
• Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
• Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Freckleberry Holdings Pty Ltd or any outside party.
• All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
• All transaction data is encrypted for storage within Shopify's bank-grade data centre, further

Delivery Policy
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from us containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will aim to send your goods via Sendle within 24-48 hours for retail customers and 5-7 business days for wholesale customers; however if goods are unavailable or we are subjected to heat issues caused by weather, delivery will take a little longer.
We strive to deliver our products in the same condition as they left our factory, this is achieved through meticulous packing methods and protective packaging. Chocolate is a fragile commodity and all risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer once goods are dispatched. Freckleberry is not liable for any lost or damaged goods.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information, however any updates regarding your delivery are out of our control. It is the customers responsibility to contact the courier company regarding any updates. Once your order leaves our factory, we have no control over the couriers’ schedule or any delivery delays which they may experience.
Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with the courier company directly. Freckleberry will strive to aid in the investigation where possible however ultimately it is the customers responsibility to contact the courier regarding a resolution for damaged or lost orders.
Any replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Freckleberry Chocolate Factory.
Freckleberry Chocolate Factory is not liable for any heat damage that occurs during transit, all risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer once goods are dispatched.
We take great care in packing our products in protective packaging, as well as checking delivery location temperatures to ensure it is safe to post our products. We may choose to delay shipping to reduce the risk of heat exposure during transit.
During the hotter months insulated packaging is advised for most orders, we may contact customers directly that require extra shipping protection. However we cannot be held liable for the weather conditions in any regard.

Refund & Returns Policy
Freckleberry Chocolate Factory cannot exchange goods or refund purchases due to their perishable nature unless an incorrect order has been dispatched.
Should you wish to request a refund, you must notify us within two days of delivery with a valid reason.
Refunds are made at the discretion of Freckleberry Chocolate Factory.

General Public: If you win a prize in one of our competitions, we will disclose some of your personal information in certain publications in order to comply with our obligations under applicable trade lotteries legislation.
