Please note: Sale items and perishable chocolate products are not eligible for return.
At Freckleberry Chocolate Factory, we want you to love every order. If there’s ever an issue, we’ll do our best to make it right.
🍫 Perishable Products (Chocolate & Food Items)
Because our chocolates and other food items are handmade and perishable, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 2 days of delivery at info@freckleberry.com.au with your order number and photos. We’ll review and provide a replacement or refund if appropriate.
🎁 Non-Perishable Products (Bottles, Hampers, Candles, Homewares, Gifts, etc.)
We accept returns on non-perishable items if:

The item is unused and in original condition.

The return is requested within 30 days of delivery.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted on eligible non-perishable items, subject to availability.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Submitting Feedback or Concerns
Concerns or feedback should be directed to our customer support team info@freckleberry.com. Please provide your order number, photos and the specific products that had an issue within two days of receiving your order.
Return and Refund Policy
The decision to provide a refund is at our discretion, subject to our legal obligations. However, we will always strive to resolve complaints to our customers’ satisfaction.

Freckleberry Chocolate Factory cannot exchange goods or refund purchases due to their perishable nature unless an incorrect order has been dispatched.
Should you wish to request a refund, you must notify us within two days of delivery with a valid reason.
Refunds are made at the discretion of Freckleberry Chocolate Factory.
