Delivery times depend on your shipping address and will determine the length of time it will take to get to you.
It may also be longer if you live in an extremely hot area of Australia as we will have to wait for a break in the weather to ship it out to you.

able to advise you on your options.
We send all our orders with either Couriers Please, Fastway, TNT or Australia Post. We will choose the freight company depending on price, freight times and shipping location. If you wish to use a certain freight company then you must let us know before we dispatch your order.
When your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping notification and tracking number from the courier.
Please use the tracking number provided to see updates regarding your delivery. Any updates regarding delivery are out of our control. It is the customers responsibility to contact the courier company regarding updates and any delivery enquiries. Once your order leaves our factory, we have no control over the couriers' schedule or any delays which they may experience.
We would ALWAYS recommend that you enter delivery details where someone is able to accept the parcel, whether that is a business or residential address.
If orders get delivered to your home and no one is able to accept it, then your order is subjected to being left at your door and being exposed to the elements which could result in damage, melting or insect infiltration which is out of our control.

It is recommended that you contact us within 2 days of receiving your order if there are any problems.
We will investigate this query and get back to you in 2-3 business days.
Sometimes due to supply issues, we will send out a partial order to avoid delays to the customer and have a backorder of the missing products. This will usually be communicated to the customer beforehand.

We strive to deliver our products in the same condition as they left our factory, this is achieved through meticulous packing methods and protective packaging.

Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with the courier company directly. Freckleberry will strive to aid in the investigation where possible however ultimately it is the customers responsibility to contact the courier regarding a resolution for damaged or lost orders.
Any replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Freckleberry Chocolate Factory.
We take great care in packing our products in protective packaging, as well as checking delivery location temperatures to ensure it is safe to post our products. We may choose to delay shipping to reduce the risk of heat exposure during transit.
During the hotter months insulated packaging is advised for most orders, we may contact customers directly that require extra shipping protection. However we cannot be held liable for the weather conditions in any regard.
