You should expect to get your order within 3 – 5 working days of ordering (retail orders) or 1 -2 weeks (wholesale orders).
Depending on where you live will determine the length of time it will take to get to you.
It may also be longer if you live in an extremely hot area of Australia as we will have to wait for a break in the weather to ship it out to you. Feel free to email us for a status on your order.
We send all our orders with either Couriers Please, Fastway, TNT or Australia Post. We will choose the freight company depending on price and freight times. If you wish to use a certain freight company then you must let us know before we dispatch your order.
We charge shipping based on the dollar amount of your order.
We can never be sure that our chocolates won’t melt but we will take every precaution to get them to you in one piece. We advise you to enter a delivery address that is a business address where someone can accept it. Usually most heat damage occurs when the parcel is sent to a home address and no one is home.
Most refrigerated freight companies work with pallets, not individual parcels. Chocolate is also very tricky as it can’t go below a certain temperature just as much as it can’t go above a certain temperature. Also, refrigerated freight is very expensive and we don’t want to have you pay too much for your freight.
We would ALWAYS recommend that you enter in your delivery details as a business address. If orders get delivered to your home and no one is home then your order is subjected to being left at your door which could result in melting or insect infiltration.
It is recommended that you contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if there are any problems. We will investigate the incident and report to you via email.
We will not replace melted stock, however we do try our best to get it to you unmelted. When you place an order with us you will be sent a disclaimer email, which will outline our delivery policy. You need to notify us if you would like to change your delivery details to avoid damage to your order or your order becoming lost. Please advice order number in your correspondence with us.
You are required to email us at retail@freckleberry.com.au so that we can track it down. All our orders go out with a tracking number so we can check the whereabouts of your order.
We do not replace products that you believe is not to your liking. Everyone has different tastes and it is no different to buying food from any food outlet.
However, we do stand by our products and assure you that you will enjoy our chocolate combinations.

You can pay for your order through our online checkout system. Payment is accepted through PayPal or EWAY.
Yes you can select "Pick up from Store" when you check out and we will hold onto your order in our Geelong store so that it will be ready for you when you can come in.
Yes most of our range is Gluten Free. The only products that contain gluten are the lollies which have "Wheat Glucose Syrup" but it has been said by the Coeliac Society that there is not enough of that ingredient in the product to to have an allergic reaction.But all of our Freckles are definitely Gluten Free. You can even go to our "Gluten Free" collection in the online shop to see our full range.
The only chocolate that does not contain any milk products is dark chocolate. Any of our dark chocolate products are suitable for anyone with a Lactose Allergy.
Because we are a chocolate manufacturer we are able to create any of our products in either milk, white or dark chocolate. But we don't hold stock of everything in different flavours so you are able to email us and ask for the products made especially for you.
