Pre-Approval Wholesale Terms & Conditions

To be approved as a Freckleberry Chocolate Factory wholesale customer, the following conditions must be met:

• • Minimum order spend: $300 (inc GST)

  • Minimum annual spend: $1,000 (inc GST)

  • Delivery: Charged per delivery location

  • Payment terms: Payment is required upfront prior to order processing and dispatch

Approval is subject to review, and Freckleberry Chocolate Factory reserves the right to amend or withdraw wholesale access if these terms are not met.
