New @ Freckleberry. Often referred to as the King of Honey and the Honey of Kings, Leatherwood honey’s bold, complex and unique flavour can best be described as “tasting like the rainforest”. This is because the wild rainforests of Tasmania are the only place in the world where the rare Leatherwood tree (Eucryphia lucida) grows.
Since 1955, our family has had the privilege of sourcing this highly sought after raw honey from the heart of the Tarkine wilderness, an area known for its ancient forests and the world’s cleanest air and water.
Stickers and labels are applied to packaging, not directly to the chocolate. Stickers are not edible.

Storage:
Chocolate is best enjoyed at room temperature (around 22°C). Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

We use premium Belgian chocolate as the base for all our creations, and every product is handcrafted in our Geelong chocolate factory.
